The Facility
Our facility is built to develop the complete hockey player, combining skating, shooting, stickhandling and skill development all under one roof. Players can train on our Powered by AK Hockey Skatemill for highly focused results driven skating technique and stride development, sharpen their shot in the RapidShot shooting area with instant feedback and performance tracking, and improve puck control and reaction speed using our Rapid Hands stickhandling system. Our Triple Threat Program brings all three areas together in a fast-paced 60-minute circuit, with players rotating through skating, shooting and stickhandling stations in a highly personalized 1:1 or 1:2 coaching environment. We also offer private Skatemill sessions and convenient on-site skate sharpening, making the facility a complete training hub for players looking to build better habits, improve measurable skills and translate their training directly to the ice.
